OFC’s teen camps feature a range of students who are bound for Broadway, enjoy performing for fun, and are first timers. OFC welcomes all teens to continue or begin their theatre journey in our teen program. Experience the vibrant music of Bali in this five-day Gamelan Workshop, open to students in grades 6 and up, including adults. Participants will learn traditional Balinese music on gamelan angklung through oral/aural instruction, developing fundamental techniques and an appreciation for non-Western musical aesthetics. This is a non-residential, in-person program.

Join a week-long day camp at Eastman for students entering grades 5-9, filled with music-making in a fun and supportive environment. Daily activities include ensemble rehearsals, music and movement, percussion, and World Music, culminating in a final performance for friends and family. The program runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM, following a Sunday orientation.

This workshop is open to all skill levels, covering fundamentals like posture, hand technique, and basic chords, as well as simple improvisation. For intermediate mandolin players, it focuses on skills like playing in second and third position, tremolo, glide strokes, and ensemble playing. Participants will also improve their musicianship through group performance.

This 5-week course (10 sessions) covers classical and musical theater singing techniques, song preparation, performance practices, and vocal health, culminating in a performance at Kilbourn Hall. A fencing half-day camp from 9AM - 12PM for individuals between 8 and 14 years of age. Six weeks are available for Summer 2025 starting July 14. Designed for first timers without any previous experience as well as intermediate youth fencers! We teach skills of the Olympic sport of fencing. Attendees will have fun learning the history of the sport, the various weapon styles, and of course...fence with swords!! Fencing is one of the safest sports and students also learn teamwork and leadership skills. All equipment is provided for the duration of the session, and each camper will make a craft to take home.

In BioEYES, young scientists will dive into the world of zebrafish biology as they observe real embryo development in action!
Through hands-on experiments, microscopes, and guided exploration, students will discover how life begins, learn about genetics, and even raise their own zebrafish from egg to larvae. This engaging program brings science to life—literally—sparking curiosity, discovery, and a deeper appreciation for the wonders of biology!

Ages: 8-18
Three-day softball camp led by the coaching staff and various players of URSB. Camp runs Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9:00 am- 3:00 pm. Lunch and T-shirts are included with participation. Camp will include daily sessions of pitching, catching, infield, outfield, hitting, baserunning, agility and live competition!

Come on Swifties to this Rock101 camp for beginners 8-12 years of age! No experience needed. Students will explore guitar, bass, keys, drums and vocals!

Summer adventure sessions are held at Helmer Nature Center in Irondequoit and are available for ages 5 to 15. All class days run from 8:30–2:30 pm M-F. Expect your child to jump, crawl, run, hide and play in this fun-filled camp experience!

Choose from 2 or 3 week session options, or combine multiple sessions for 5, 6, and 8 week experiences, for a fantastic summer filled with unforgettable memories, lifelong friendships, and life skills that provide your child with independence, self confidence, and a sense of achievement!
