Dress-Up & Dance! Ages 3-6 August 29: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Twirl, leap, and imagine at our Dress Up and Dance Creative Movement event, where dancers get to move, play, and express themselves in their favorite costumes. This 2-hour camp includes one hour of joyful dance, plus snack time and a fun craft for a day full of creativity and sparkle!

Treat your family to an Erie Canal cruise on Sam Patch sure to delight kids and adults of all ages! Going for Baroque is a weekly series of mini-recitals at the Memorial Art Gallery, offered each Sunday at 1:30 PM and again at 3:00 PM. It offers the opportunity for students from the Eastman School of Music to perform alongside professional musicians on the Italian Baroque organ on the second floor of the museum. The 25-minute mini-recital is included with museum admission.

This one-week camp is designed exclusively for dedicated kid performers who are ready to refine their skills and prepare for the next stage in their theatrical journey. This camp is perfect for those interested in taking theatre seriously and exploring the next steps in their theatrical journey.

Stars with Carl is a monthly show at RMSC's Strasenburgh Planetarium devoted to the 1968 Carl Zeiss Mark VI star projector. A live presenter conducts a tour of the night sky using the original planetarium projector. Best for ages 5 and older; 50 minutes. Online ticket sales for public shows are encouraged and end 5 minutes before showtime. Same-day and advance sale tickets are available at the Planetarium box office and Museum reception desk.

Spotlight Jr gives students in grades 4–7 the full experience of creating a live theatrical production, from auditions and rehearsals through opening and closing night. This fall, students will perform Elf the Musical JR., following Buddy’s hilarious journey from the North Pole to New York City as he searches for his family and tries to restore everyone’s Christmas spirit. Classes meet Wednesdays from 6–8:30 pm and Sundays from noon–2:45 pm beginning September 9, 2026, with performances December 11–12. Tuition is $395, and students build acting, singing, movement, teamwork, and performance skills along the way.
