College Students can participate in a Bicultural Identity study

If you know a current college undergraduate who was born in the US and has at least one immigrant parent, please invite them to participate in the research study of Wiljar Ojuro, 2026 doctoral candidate at the University of Rochester. The purpose of this study is to examine mental health and academic outcomes among these students, with the goal of informing higher education practices related to student retention and counseling center support services. Students who choose to participate click the survey link, review the information sheet, and complete the survey. After finishing, they will have the option to enter a drawing for a $100 Amazon electronic gift card through a separate link.

French Castle 300 at Old Fort Niagara

Join us as we celebrate the 300th anniversary of the 1726 French Castle. Saturday's program recreates the arrival of Chaussegros de Lery and his workers and soldiers who began construction of the Castle. The program will feature building trades demonstrations, military pageantry, musket and artillery firings and rededication ceremonies.

June 5-7, 2026: Stages presents Newsies JR: Inspired by the rousing true story of newsboys in turn-of-the-century New York City, Newsies JR. features a Tony Award-winning score. When powerful newspaper publishers raise prices at the newsboys' expense, the charismatic Jack Kelly rallies newsies from across the city to strike against the unfair conditions. Together, the newsies learn that they are stronger united and create a movement to fight for what's right. Performed by students in Grades 4-8.

Artpark Fairy House Festival

Touch-A-Truck at the Power Vista

The New York Power Authority (NYPA) will hold a touch-a-truck event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Niagara Power Vista displaying dozens of official and heavy equipment vehicles. Learn about safety in the community and on the job, view heavy equipment, police cruisers, fire engines, K9 demonstrations, robotics, drone demonstrations and more! WWII Weekend Train Ride at Arcade & Attica Railroad
