Join us for a fun 5k on the Seneca Park Trails. This a beautiful out and back easy trail along the Genesse valley gorge with an uphill start and a downhill race to the finish. We offer a family duo team (1 adult running with 1 child) for a great healthy day at the park. Yoga is provided for pre and post run stretching as we all other goodies!
