DeTOUR℠: LIVE IN LIVING COLOR

*The event has already taken place on this date: Thu, 05/15/2025
Josef Albers is often referred to as the father of color theory. On this MAGsocial DeTOUR℠, we will be joined by Museum Educator Kevin Carr as we combine Albers' color theory, optical illusions, perception, and emotional responses, and how they relate to art, specifically to the works in Composing Color: Paintings by Alma Thomas. Learn how certain colors interact with each other and how best to use them in your own art appreciation and creative endeavors!

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
