If you’re curious about how comic books or manga are made, or if you have a story that you want to tell, or even if you just enjoy drawing, then this camp is for you. Director and critically-acclaimed writer/artist Dave Chisholm will discuss the many topics related to this discipline including story structure, script writing, character design–and, of course, there will be LOTS of time dedicated to drawing comics!

With over 600 acres of outdoor space and 68 historic buildings and artifacts, your child will have a week of adventure! The Museum offers several great day camps, starting with Spring Break Camp in April and Summer Camps running July 7 through August 22, 2025!

August 4 to 8, 2025: Join Ms. Mason and have fun creating artwork. This weekly session meets later in the day 1:00 to 3:30. Many students enjoy this time because they may have events in the morning. All projects are well thought-out and demonstrated to create success but allow individuality to shine! We will be using a variety of materials: clay, painting on canvas, sculpture and crafts materials. The goal is to inspire and enhance confidence in the students. August 11 to 15, 2025 Middle School Student Art Session at Ms. Mason's Art Club in Webster! We meet daily 9:30 to 12 noon, each day we will be making something different! All materials are included in price.

It's time to make cutting-edge music using a variety of technological resources in Hochstein’s Creativity Lab in this fun camp offering. Through this week, students will gain experience in beat making, music composition, melody writing, song construction, and some simple movie scoring through work on creative personal projects while sharing their learning with others.
