Rochester Regional Health Total Sports Experience (TSE) is Western New York's ultimate destination for sports, recreation, and fun! With top-notch indoor and outdoor facilities, TSE offers leagues, academies, camps, clinics, and training for all ages in soccer, lacrosse, basketball, and more. From introducing kids to sports through Micro Programs (ages 2-7) to advanced Practice & Play Programs (ages 8+), TSE nurtures skills, teamwork, and fun.
