The Shu"k is Temple Sinai’s new vision for K–12 Jewish education — a welcoming, engaging program centered around community, connection, and meaningful Jewish learning. Designed to meet families where they are, our updated model combines strong Hebrew and Jewish education with hands-on experiences, creativity, and relationship building.
Our Sunday program, Shorashim (“Roots”), meets Sundays from 9:30 AM–12:00 PM and focuses on Hebrew learning, Jewish values, holidays, traditions, and identity in a warm and supportive environment. Students also have the option to participate in Kesharim (“Connections”), an optional Wednesday enrichment program held from 4:30–6:00 PM featuring experiential learning, social activities, music, art, cooking, community-building, and more.
Hebrew School tuition is free for Temple Sinai members, making The Shu"k a flexible, accessible, and vibrant Jewish educational experience for today’s families.
