Gluten-Free Culinary Summer Day Camp

What to expect
This unique and immersive one-week culinary day camp is 100% gluten-free and celiac-safe. It is the perfect opportunity for budding chefs to learn essential kitchen skills, explore creative recipes, and gain confidence in the kitchen—all while embracing the joys of gluten-free cooking and baking. The camp will be offered in two identical sessions, allowing families to choose the week that best fits their summer schedule. Each session is thoughtfully designed to provide the same engaging content, ensuring that all participants can access the whole experience no matter which week they attend.
Ages
This program is specially tailored for students entering grades 4–6 in the fall of 2025 (rising 4th, 5th, or 6th graders).
Experience
Campers will learn the art and science of gluten-free cooking and baking and develop valuable life skills like teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity in a fun and supportive environment.

Camp Highlights
- Identical Sessions – Families can choose the week that best fits their summer schedule, as both sessions offer the same engaging content.
- Comprehensive Culinary Learning – Campers will master knife skills, experiment with gluten-free ingredients, and craft delicious recipes while learning about the science behind baking and cooking.
- Teamwork & Problem-Solving – Through group challenges, hands-on activities, and fun competitions, campers will strengthen teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-On Cooking – Campers will engage in daily cooking sessions, learning to prepare gluten-free lunches, snacks and desserts.
- Nutritional Education – Understanding the importance of a balanced diet, campers will learn about gluten-free ingredients and their health benefits.
