Girls on the Run is a fun, confidence-building program that combines movement, games, and meaningful activities. Participants learn about teamwork, self-esteem, goal-setting, and healthy habits while moving at their own pace. No running experience is needed—just a willingness to have fun, make friends, and discover inner strength in a supportive environment.
