OLM’s renowned Cafeteria Director, Lawan Buffum, will guide students in preparing a variety of delicious foods and desserts. Students will receive step-by-step instruction, learning about ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques. By the end of the class, students will have gained confidence in the kitchen and the skills to recreate these tasty dishes and treats at home with ease.
