Maple Sugaring in the Adirondacks

"Now I have something to look forward to in Mud Season"

-Uncle Ryan Niver

Come celebrate with us the miracle of tree sap turning into the liquid gold we call Maple Syrup. In between gathering sap, seeing how the reverse osmosis works, watching the sap boil down, and taking little sips off the boiling pans, you and your family/friends can snowshoe in the woods, walk around camp, visit the "real" sugar shacks in Speculator, and enjoy time in the warmth of Chi Rho's Great Room.

The retreat begins at 4pm on Friday, March 21 and concludes at 11:00am on Sunday, March 23. This retreat is family friendly.

The cost is $300 - per room/max occupancy 4 with small children (space is limited)

(price includes meals, two nights lodging, and a small bottle of syrup to take home)
