Youth Anxiety Center at Nazareth University

The Youth Anxiety Center offers both FREE individual counseling and group counseling to help improve the wellbeing of adolescents, ages 11-17, experiencing anxiety. Adolescence can be a stressful time involving big transitions and new social pressures. It is common for many adolescents to experience a variety of anxiety symptoms as a result. At the Youth Anxiety Center, we strive to create a safe, holistic and inclusive environment that supports youth who are experiencing challenges related to anxiety.
