Rochester NY Pulmonary Hypertension Support Group

Our support group is active in:

•Building a supportive community

•Planning events and fundraisers

•Offering educational opportunities from local and national PH experts 

•Discussing concerns and sharing stories

•Offering advice and suggestions in a confidential format 

•Having fun and building lasting relationships

This group is for Pulmonary Hypertension patients, medical professionals and nurses directly in the care of patients, and supporters and caregivers involved with the PH community. Those outside of the pulmonary hypertension community can learn more about the disease, but are asked to keep the meeting space for those directly connected.

Our support group meetings are held bi-monthly and are free to attend. They are held in Rochester, NY and food is provided during our meetings.
